Tulsa Grill Store is pleased to announce a Meat Lover’s BBQ Cooking Class with Jess Pryles, Jess is the original Hardcore Carnivore, with her own internationally acclaimed line of seasonings, author of Hardcore Carnivore, Cook Meat Like you Mean it, a regular on Food Network and has grilled live on the Today Show. Her expertise has been sought for guest speaking engagements at Camp Brisket, National Barbecue & Grilling Association and American Meat Science Association conferences.

This class, her first in Oklahoma, will be informational and expand your knowledge of some lesser known cuts. She will be demonstrating simple butchery techniques and show you how to cut your own steaks at home, exploring the second most tender muscle after the Tenderloin, smoking Picanha (also known as Coulotte or Top Sirloin) and smoking tri-tip for a side by side comparison of the two cuts. The class will be held at the Tulsa Grill Store on Saturday, September 29th at 10:00am and will last 4 hours. There are only 30 seats available for this class and will sell out quickly.
